By accessing and using my services, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using my services.
Scope of Services
I provide web design, development, and digital product services. Each project is subject to a separate statement of work or agreement that defines specific deliverables, timelines, and costs.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a specific contract, all design and development work remains my intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of the specific project assets will be transferred to the client, while I retain the right to showcase the work in my professional portfolio.
Payment Terms
- An initial deposit is required before any work commences.
- Final files or website launch will occur only after the remaining balance is paid in full.
- Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are requested to provide necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing required information may extend the project deadline beyond the original estimate.
Limitation of Liability
I strive for excellence in every project, but I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of my services or any digital products once delivered and approved.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the termination date.
