1. Service Cancellation
Clients may request to cancel a project at any time. However, cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project and the work already completed.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Initial deposits are generally non-refundable as they cover high-level planning and resource allocation.
- If cancellation occurs before any work has started, a full refund (minus administrative fees) may be issued.
- If work is in progress, a partial refund may be issued based on the remaining unearned portion of the payment.
3. Digital Products
For digital products (such as software licenses or tools like VideoSEO Suite), refunds are typically not offered once the product has been accessed or downloaded, unless required by law.
