I value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality digital services. Due to the custom nature of design and development work, my refund policy is structured to be fair to both parties.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice. Please note that the initial deposit is non-refundable as it covers the research, planning, and scheduling of your project.
Refund Eligibility
- If cancellation occurs after work has started but before milestone completion, the client is responsible for paying for the hours already invested.
- Refunds are not available for completed milestones or final delivered projects.
- Digital products (such as templates or guides) are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.
Process for Refunds
To request a refund for eligible services, please email me with your project details and the reason for the request. I will review and respond to all requests within 5 business days.
Revisions & Adjustments
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work, I will work with you through the allotted revision rounds to ensure the final product meets the agreed-upon standards.
